Lucas Forstmeyer
Learning Architect & Relationship Coach
I’ve spent more than 15 years exploring one question: How does a human being actually "work" — in relationship, in the body, in thought?
I studied philosophy and psychology and work at the intersection of neurobiology, attachment research, and systems theory. What fascinates me is how our inner world — nervous system, emotions, and beliefs — unconsciously shapes every relationship. And how we can learn to shape that a little more consciously.
I’m not a traditional therapist. I’m a learning architect — I design learning spaces where people can understand themselves and their relationships.
For over a decade, I’ve led trainings and groups in parts work, trauma-sensitive bodywork, and relational development. I also helped develop what I consider the most innovative music program I know: we teach children the fundamentals of piano, guitar, and drums — all within one year.
Today, my main focus is on couples who want to find their way back into connection — beyond blame, shame, or endless analysis.
My work bridges research and practice. I develop models that make complex psychological dynamics clear, tangible, and applicable — without oversimplifying, with structure.
